Homemade ice cream

I was talked into this homemade ice cream by my son. We were at the store and he liked the molds for homemade ice cream. Mommy as a mommy son couldn't refuse – I know that he likes to experiment with me in the kitchen and we will have great fun :). I am amazed at how delicious this ice cream is. We created the recipe ourselves, simple. . . . . we did a bit of thinking, and it worked.

Ingredients:about 150 ml of 30% cream about 200 ml of natural yogurt2 teaspoons of sugar with real vanilla2 tablespoons of powdered sugar8 pcs. strawberries around 30 blueberries

MAKE: Blend the strawberries into a mousse and pour into the bottom of special ice cream moulds. Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Then we added natural yogurt to the cream and mixed with a spatula. We poured the resulting mixture over the strawberry mousse. We stuck fresh berries in it. We closed the containers tightly with a special tip, put them on a stand which comes with the set and put them in the freezer overnight.
