Croissants Yeast

Basic recipe for traditional yeast croissants and two filling variants. Delicious, fluffy yeast dough for croissants.

INGREDIENTS:

 4 cups of flour

1 margarine

5 dkg of yeast + 1 vanilla sugar

1 cup of cream 18%

4 yolks

Filling: any (in my case, nutella and plum jam)

EXECUTION:

Dissolve yeast with vanilla sugar. Sift the flour, add margarine, cream and yolks. Knead it with a knife. Add dissolved yeast. Knead the dough. Put in the fridge for 1/2 hour.

Make small triangles, brush with filling and form croissants.

Bake initially at 100 * C for about 7-8 minutes. later at 160-170 * C until golden brown.

After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
