Egg paste with watercress

I love this time of the year – nature comes to life, birds sing wonderfully outside the window. But what I love the most is to eat a delicious breakfast in the morning. Egg combined with cottage cheese, watercress from my own garden and radish is something I love – my family too 🙂 It’s that simple 😉

Ingredients: 3 eggs approx. 100 g of cottage cheese, natural yogurt, 2 heads of radish, a handful of cress, salt, pepper to taste. Preparation: Hard-boil the eggs. Dice the radish and dice it finely. Combine everything with a mashed cheese fork. Add the watercress. Toss with plain yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with a slice of radish and watercress on the sandwich.
