Homemade jelly

INGREDIENTS:

  • 25 grams of fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, currants, blueberries – what we have in the freezer)
  • 2 glasses of water
  • brown sugar to taste (1-2 tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons of potato flour

EXECUTION:

In half a glass of cold water, spread the potato flour. Boil the rest of the water with fruit (strawberries, blueberries) and sugar. After 2-3 minutes of cooking, reduce the heat to a minimum and slowly pour in the flour while stirring constantly. Cook another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the finished jelly into portion bowls or cups.
