CHOCOLATE TART
The recipe for a quick and very simple tart, and best of all, it does not require baking!
Ingredients for the bottom:
16 dkg of Oreo cookies
12 dkg of cocoa shortbreads
7 dkg of melted dark chocolate
4dkg of melted butter + butter to grease the mold
for chocolate cream:
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of cocoa
1/4 cup of sugar
200 ml of heavy cream 30%
10 dkg of butter
20 dkg of dark chocolate
Prepare a tart tin with a diameter of approx. 26 cm. Brush it with butter. Put the cakes into a food processor, add melted chocolate and butter and mix thoroughly into a paste. With the resulting mixture, put the form on the tart, pat and press firmly. In a pot, combine cocoa, sugar and 1/4 cup of water. Gradually pouring the cream, stir until a smooth mass is obtained. Add butter and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. After boiling, add the chocolate broken into cubes. Stir until it dissolves. Pour the chocolate mass on the bottom and put it in the fridge. Serve with fresh raspberries and raspberry mousse. The whole can be sprinkled lightly with powdered sugar.
