Crumble with fruit

CRUMBLE – fruit under a golden crumble – just in time for unexpected guests. A quick, melt-in-your-mouth dessert. Delicious hot as well as cold.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear
  • handful of frozen raspberries
  • handful of frozen blueberries
  • strawberries
  • handful of muesli
  • honey
  • dab of butter
  • flakes of almonds

ingredients for shortcrust pastry:

  • 100 g wheat flour
  • 100 g butter, at room temperature
  • 100 g fine baking sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Preparation:

Place soft butter, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar in a dish. Knead between fingers until crumbs form, set aside. Method: Wash, dry and peel the fruit, cut into cubes. Place in ramekins (cocktail pans), add a little butter each, pour honey over, sprinkle with muesli. I additionally added one teaspoon of chocolate GANACHE cream. Put the previously prepared crumble on the fruit. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in the preheated oven until the crumble is browned, about 25-30 minutes, at 180°C (top and bottom heat).
