Yeast buns stuffed with cinnamon or nutella

Fat THURSDAY in a slightly different version… 😉

Ingredients for the dough:

40 dkg of wheat flour

25 g of fresh yeast

4 dkg of sugar

250 ml of milk

7 dkg of oil with the essence of KRUSZWICA butter

1 egg

1 yolk

First, prepare the leaven: put the crushed yeast in a bowl, add 3 teaspoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour. Lightly reheat half a glass of milk and pour it into a bowl with yeast. Stir thoroughly, cover with a cloth and set aside to rise for about 15 minutes. Sift the rest of the flour into a bowl, add sugar, milk, egg, yolk and the leavened leaven. We knead everything together. After a few minutes, add the oil with the essence of KRUSZWICA butter and knead again. Leave the dough to rise for an hour.

Cinnamon filling:

10 g of cinnamon

2 tablespoons of sugar with real vanilla

10 dkg of brown sugar

the peel of one orange

about 10 dkg of oil with the essence of KRUSZWICA butter

Chocolate-nut filling: Nutella

After an hour, put the dough on a pastry board, knead it and divide it into 2 parts. Each of them is rolled out into a cake with dimensions of approximately 20×30 cm. For cinnamon filling: spread the whole cake with oil and butter essence and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Roll into a roulade and cut with a sharp knife into slices about 1 cm thick. With chocolate filling: spread the whole cake with nutella only, roll it into a roulade and cut it. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, keeping a few centimeters spacing. Leave to rise for another 15 minutes, then spread with beaten egg. Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 *. Temp. Can be reduced to 160 * after 5 minutes.

Orange icing:

juice squeezed out of half an orange

powdered sugar

Almonds for sprinkling

or powdered sugar.

We pour the icing over the finished buns and sprinkle with almond flakes or you can simply sprinkle with powdered sugar.
