- INGREDIENTS:
- 2 liters of forest berries,
- 4 tablespoons of cane sugar,
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice, a few sprigs of fresh mint,
- 2-3 tablespoons of water for the berries,
- tablespoons of potato flour + 3 tablespoons of water.
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Place the berries in a pot, cover with sugar, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, lime juice and sprigs of fresh mint.
- We heat it over medium heat.
- When the berries give off the juice, reduce the heat and add the melted potato flour.
- Mix thoroughly and cook until the frużelina thickens. Ready berry jelly will have the consistency of jelly.
- Pour hot frucheline into washed and scalded jars. We turn upside down. Let it cool down. After cooling, the lids should be slightly concave.
- We store in a cool place.
- Perfect as an addition to waffles, desserts or as a translator for cakes.
