Berry frucheline with a hint of mint and lime.

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 liters of forest berries,
  • 4 tablespoons of cane sugar,
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice, a few sprigs of fresh mint,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of water for the berries,
  • tablespoons of potato flour + 3 tablespoons of water.

A METHOD OF PREPARING

  1. Place the berries in a pot, cover with sugar, add 2-3 tablespoons of water, lime juice and sprigs of fresh mint.
  2. We heat it over medium heat.
  3. When the berries give off the juice, reduce the heat and add the melted potato flour.
  4. Mix thoroughly and cook until the frużelina thickens. Ready berry jelly will have the consistency of jelly.
  5. Pour hot frucheline into washed and scalded jars. We turn upside down. Let it cool down. After cooling, the lids should be slightly concave.
  6. We store in a cool place.
  7. Perfect as an addition to waffles, desserts or as a translator for cakes.

It tastes delicious “solo” 😉
